Copyright Policy
How Reflow respects copyright, and how to report a concern.
Effective date: 10 October 2026
Reflow is a reading tool. It helps people read and organise content they are authorised to access — books they own, public-domain works, licensed material and their own documents. We respect the work of authors and publishers, and we expect our users to do the same.
Your books remain yours
We do not claim ownership of the books or documents you upload. Each library is private to its owner; the Service is not a platform for publishing or sharing books with other people.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure you have the appropriate rights to upload and process the content in your library. Please don’t upload material you are not entitled to use. See our Terms of Service for details.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe content processed through Reflow infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@effileap.com including:
- your name and contact details, and your relationship to the rights holder;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- information that reasonably allows us to identify the material in question;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Postal notices may be sent to: Effileap Technologies Pvt Ltd, 1st Floor, Carnival Technopark, Technopark Phase 1 Campus, Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
What happens next
We review every notice we receive. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user. Users who believe material was removed in error may send a counter-notice to the same address. We may suspend accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
